I found the rooftop pool quite refreshing. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and diverse. I REALLY enjoyed it.
I noticed the elevators were small. Sometimes, I had to wait several minutes to get one during peak hours.

I found several issues . the service felt rushed at both the restaurant and rooftop areas. staff cleared plates and glasses too quickly. bills were presented before i finished ordering. this fast pace detracted from a relaxed dining experience. also, the minibar was not cold enough. This issue impacted the enjoyment of in-room refreshments, rushed service at restaurant and rooftop

the heated rooftop pool was amazing. i swam there every day. the facilities, including the great showers, added to my comfort. the comfy mattress ensured a restful sleep after exploring.
the hotel's location is a bit outside the city center. it required a short tuk tuk ride to reach main attractions.

The outdoor garden on the 15th floor was lovely. I enjoyed the views. My room was spacious and clean! It had good quality linen. Staff was always ready to help.
At check-in, I had to ask where to go. Little information was provided. There was no information in the room about the hotel. The manager did apologize and arranged a wine cooler, but it was only a partial solution.
