Excellent Stay With Great Amenities
rooftop pool attentive staff breakfast buffet
I found the rooftop pool quite refreshing. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and diverse. I REALLY enjoyed it.
I noticed the elevators were small. Sometimes, I had to wait several minutes to get one during peak hours.

fast pace inadequate minibar
I found several issues . the service felt rushed at both the restaurant and rooftop areas. staff cleared plates and glasses too quickly. bills were presented before i finished ordering. this fast pace detracted from a relaxed dining experience. also, the minibar was not cold enough. This issue impacted the enjoyment of in-room refreshments, rushed service at restaurant and rooftop

fantastic facilities and attentive staff!
heated pool great showers comfy mattress
the heated rooftop pool was amazing. i swam there every day. the facilities, including the great showers, added to my comfort. the comfy mattress ensured a restful sleep after exploring.
the hotel's location is a bit outside the city center. it required a short tuk tuk ride to reach main attractions.

staff members are attentive and eager to help, but occasionally seem rushed. they try to clear plates too quickly during meals, which can disrupt a relaxing dining experience, but this efficiency is generally appreciated.

The outdoor garden on the 15th floor was lovely. I enjoyed the views. My room was spacious and clean! It had good quality linen. Staff was always ready to help.
At check-in, I had to ask where to go. Little information was provided. There was no information in the room about the hotel. The manager did apologize and arranged a wine cooler, but it was only a partial solution.

i enjoyed the amazing rooftop pool that had warmed water. the gym was super, and i liked it a lot. the room had all the necessary items, i felt awesome.
the breakfast could include more options.
